| Larry Legg, CPA |

| Larry has been in the public accounting business since receiving his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida Warrington School of Business & Fisher School of Accounting. He also earned his Masters Degree in Finance and Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 1987. In 1994, Mr. Legg established Lawrence N. Legg, CPA, PA in Hollywood, Florida. |

| Larry is a member of the Florida Institute of CPA's. He has extensive experience serving clients in the areas of business and individual income, estate and gift. |

| Larry is past chairman of the Hollywood Committee of 100, the Dania Rotary Club, and the Greater Hollywood YMCA, serving on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors. Larry formerly served as a board member of the Hollywood Rotary Club and Hollywood Rotary Foundation as well as the YMCA of Broward County, Inc., as Treasurer and Executive Committee Board Member. |

| Linda Kosloski |
| |
| Linda has been a business administrator and full-charge accountant since the beginning of her career in 1982. She has served a variety of small businesses and individual clients in the areas of recordkeeping and accounting, payroll tax compliance, liability and worker's compensation insurance audits, as well as sales tax compliance and preparation. Linda began her career at Lawrence N. Legg, CPA, PA in 1994, and currently serves as Para-professional staff accountant and office administrator. |

| Linda's hobbies include collecting antique cars and motorcycles, and she likes to spend her time with her husband, daughter, granddaughter and pets. |

| Nellya Kazachkov |
| |
| Nellya earned her bachelors degree equivalent in accounting from the University of Moscow. Her family moved to the United States (and many to Israel) in 1991. Nellya then learned English and began the long process of building a career in accounting. |

| Nellya earned her way to become a corporate controller in a $60 million electronics manufacturing business located in Boca Raton, Florida, where she worked for over 15 years. In 2004 she joined Lawrence N. Legg, CPA, PA and currently serves a variety of our clients in the areas of business accounting, QuickBooks® and Creative Solutions® business accounting systems, payroll tax compliance, as well as business income tax preparation. |

| Nellya's talents also include practical application of management information technologies in a business network environment. She can assist you in designing, implementing and operating your company's recordkeeping and accounting systems. |
